All orders are shipped from the UK.

  • Standard Delivery (2 working days from dispatch) - £4.99
  • Express Delivery (1 working day from dispatch) - £7.99

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

Europe

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and size of the order. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

European Countries:

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vatican City.

European Territories:

The European territories include Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mayotte, Reunion, and Svalbard & Jan Mayen.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and from dispatch will take 5 working days to be delivered.

EU Taxes and Tariffs

From 1 July 2026, a fixed customs duty of €3 will apply to all orders under €150 entering the EU. This duty will be charged per unique HS Code within each parcel. This will be added to all orders to EU countries at the checkout.

For example:

  • An order containing one cardboard jigsaw puzzle, one wooden jigsaw puzzle, and one jigsaw puzzle glue will incur a total duty of €9 (€3 per item), as each product falls under a different HS Code.

  • An order containing three cardboard jigsaw puzzles will incur a total duty of €3, as all items share the same HS Code.

Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) rules, we will collect the duties at the checkout (which you will be able to see when you are paying for your order), which means you won’t need to pay for this at customs.

Due to the UK leaving the European Union, unfortunately we do not have control over what (if any) duties will be charged by EU Customs on orders over €150, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties applied to their order, including taxes and tariffs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.


United States and Canada

All orders are shipped from the UK.

  • $11.99 - Orders under 2kg
  • $15 - Orders between 2kg and 4kg
  • $20 - Orders between 4kg and 6.5kg
  • $30 - Orders between 6.5kg and 10kg
  • $40 - Orders Over 10kg

(A 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle weighs just under 1kg).

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and from dispatch will take 5 working days to be delivered via Fedex.

Customs and Duties

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by US / Canadian Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by US / Canadian Customs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email when we have shipped your order which will have tracking information for delivery with your courier. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to appear from when you receive your tracking number.
