    The Creative Spirit

    Em is a natural creative, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful design as the Head of Gaia’s New Product and Design team. Despite her young age, she has a remarkable talent for turning ideas into beautifully crafted products, always with an eye for detail and innovation.

    She thrives on staying busy, always exploring new ways to express her creativity—whether designing for Gaia or running her own tattoo studio in her spare time. With a knack for picking up new skills effortlessly, she brings energy and originality to everything she does.

    Em’s passion and versatility shine through in her work, helping to shape Gaia’s creative vision and bring inspiring new products to life.

    Fun Fact: Em took up tattooing in 2023 after years of being fascinated by the culture and process, and now owns a private studio in Cullompton called Cliffwell Tattoo.

    The Calming Presence

    Dani has a way of making everything run smoothly. As our Senior Marketing Manager, she combines sharp commercial instincts with a natural talent for storytelling, crafting messages that truly connect. An excellent copywriter and a strategic thinker, she knows exactly how to bring Gaia’s vision to life.

    A new mum, Dani somehow manages to stay impeccably organized, balancing deadlines and creativity with a sense of calm that never wavers. No matter how fast-paced things get, she remains steady and focused, bringing a quiet confidence to every challenge. With her thoughtful approach and serene presence, Dani brings both clarity and creativity to Gaia, helping shape the brand with skill and purpose.


    Fun Fact:     Dani's favourite chocolate is Tony Chocoloneleys' Milk Caramel Sea Salt - she will fight you for it.

    The Storyteller

    Erin is our Social Media Marketing Assistant, and her natural flair for storytelling brings a fresh and vibrant energy to our team. The youngest member of the team, her creative content skills consistently make a noticeable impact.

    Erin not only crafts engaging social media posts but also plays a key role in keeping our website lively and up-to-date. Her dynamic approach and keen eye for what resonates help us connect with our audience in new and exciting ways.

    Fun Fact:     Erin loves building LEGO sets in her spare time - specifically the adult ones, not the kids' sets!

    The Encyclopedia

    Sophie is our Despatch Leader, fondly known as "The Encyclopedia" for her remarkable insight into what our customers are loving. With every puzzle that comes in and goes out, she gathers a wealth of knowledge, keeping a keen pulse on the trends and favourites of our community.

    Her exceptional organisational skills are key to ensuring every order is dispatched smoothly and on time. By meticulously overseeing every detail of our operations, Sophie ensures that puzzle parcels are thoughtfully prepared, and reach their new homes quickly and with care.


    Fun Fact:     Sophie has a slight obsession with Jellycat cuddly toys and has collected 30+ of them over the years.

    Clare is at the heart of Gaia. As our Sales Director, she brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of what our customers truly value—because she is one of them. Her love for puzzles, sewing, and art reflects the creativity and joy that Gaia is all about. A single mum raising teenagers, Clare knows the importance of finding moments of calm and connection in a busy life. She has built a successful career while staying true to her passions, embodying the balance that so many aspire to. Her steady, thoughtful approach helps shape our business, ensuring that Gaia speaks to those who seek quality, creativity, and a sense of belonging. Clare doesn’t just inspire those around her—she is the inspiration behind Gaia itself. Her insight and experience guide everything we do, making sure we stay true to the people we serve.


    Fun Fact:     Clare likes cold water swimming and no Dartmoor river is too cold for her, no matter what the season or weather!

    The Guide

    Cynthia is our Marketing Director and a driving force behind Gaia. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, she leads our team with authority, kindness, and a genuine people-centric approach.

    Her perceptiveness in reading people plays a key role in her ability to guide the team in making conscientious decisions with the customers best interests at heart. This allows her to bring the best out of those around her and showcase talent within the team. Cynthia looks to find the fun in everything we do here at Gaia and will liven up the room with her energy and spirit.

    Fun Fact: Cynthia has nearly 50 house plants - it has become unmanageable - but she can't stop now.
