An excellent copywriter and a strategic thinker, she knows exactly how to bring Gaia’s vision to life.

      A new mum, Dani somehow manages to stay impeccably organized, balancing deadlines and creativity with a sense of calm that never wavers. No matter how fast-paced things get, she remains steady and focused, bringing a quiet confidence to every challenge. With her thoughtful approach and serene presence, Dani brings both clarity and creativity to Gaia, helping shape the brand with skill and purpose.


      Fun Fact:       Dani's favourite chocolate is Tony Chocoloneleys' Milk Caramel Sea Salt - she will fight you for it.

      Sophie is our Despatch Leader, fondly known as "The Encyclopedia" for her remarkable insight into what our customers are loving. With every puzzle that comes in and goes out, she gathers a wealth of knowledge, keeping a keen pulse on the trends and favourites of our community.

      Her exceptional organisational skills are key to ensuring every order is dispatched smoothly and on time. By meticulously overseeing every detail of our operations, Sophie ensures that puzzle parcels are thoughtfully prepared, and reach their new homes quickly and with care.


      Fun Fact:       Sophie has a slight obsession with Jellycat cuddly toys and has collected 30+ of them over the years.

A single mum raising teenagers, Clare knows the importance of finding moments of calm and connection in a busy life. She has built a successful career while staying true to her passions, embodying the balance that so many aspire to. Her steady, thoughtful approach helps shape our business, ensuring that Gaia speaks to those who seek quality, creativity, and a sense of belonging.       Fun Fact:       Clare likes cold water swimming and no Dartmoor river is too cold for her, no matter what the season or weather!Β

      The Guide

      Cynthia is our Marketing Director and a driving force behind Gaia. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, she leads our team with authority, kindness, and a genuine people-centric approach.

      Her perceptiveness in reading people plays a key role in her ability to guide the team in making conscientious decisions with the customers best interests at heart. This allows her to bring the best out of those around her and showcase talent within the team. Cynthia looks to find the fun in everything we do here at Gaia and will liven up the room with her energy and spirit.

      Fun Fact: Cynthia has nearly 50 house plants - it has become unmanageable - but she can't stop now.
