How much is delivery and where do you ship to?
Please take a look at our delivery page for all information on where we deliver and how much it costs. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over Β£60.
Where is my order / how long will it take for my order to arrive?
You will be notified by email when your puzzle is shipped to you with information about the carrier and when your delivery is due to arrive. You can also find out what shipping options we offer on our delivery page. If your order hasnβt arrived by the time expected, please get in touch. We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
Can I collect my jigsaw puzzles from you?
Unfortunately we cannot allow collection of jigsaw puzzles.
My puzzle is damaged or missing pieces, what do I do?
If you find there is something wrong with your puzzle for any reason, please contact our customers services team and we will do our very best to resolve this for you.
Can I return my order?
Please get in touch if you would like to return your order or visit our returns page.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Yes, you can order over the phone.
Our phone lines are open between 9:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

My delivery address is incorrect on my order, can I change it?
If your order has not left us, we may be able to change the address for you. Please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
What puzzle sizes do you sell?
At the moment, we offer 1000 piece and 500 piece jigsaw puzzles, as these are the most popular sizes among our customers. But, if you would like to see more puzzle sizes on our store, please contact us and if we get a lot of requests, we will look at bringing in more sizes.

Do your prices include VAT?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
