EU Taxes and Tariffs

From 1 July 2026, a fixed customs duty of €3 will apply to all orders under €150 entering the EU. This duty will be charged per unique HS Code within each parcel. This will be added to all orders to EU countries at the checkout.

For example:

• An order containing one cardboard jigsaw puzzle, one wooden jigsaw puzzle, and one jigsaw puzzle glue will incur a total duty of €9 (€3 per item), as each product falls under a different HS Code.
• An order containing three cardboard jigsaw puzzles will incur a total duty of €3, as all items share the same HS Code.

Under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) rules, we will collect the duties at the checkout (which you will be able to see when you are paying for your order), which means you won’t need to pay for this at customs.

Due to the UK leaving the European Union, unfortunately we do not have control over what (if any) duties will be charged by EU Customs on orders over €150, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties applied to their order, including taxes and tariffs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.
